New and returning clients
After you schedule, you'll receive an invitation to our secure portal. You can complete intake forms, sign consents and review your appointments there from any device.

Forms for parents, teachers and other observers are sent by your provider as part of the evaluation. Please don't download or print copies in advance.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For a Monday appointment, that means letting us know by the same time on the Thursday before. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a fee. More about fees
